This is a particularly subtle and dry Cava that is light on the palate. This wine has a zesty but light flavour, with a pleasant finish. When well-chilled, it’s a delight on a warm summer’s day; a real treat to be shared with friends and tapas.
Would go well with…
This is a delicate Cava so nothing too overpowering, with an emphasis on more astringent flavours. We think it would go great with canapés or, as mentioned, tapas – you can find some great tapas pairings in this article. Similarly, though this is a subtler wine, it also seems versatile enough to complement sweeter flavours too – if you have a craving for chocolate or cake then the Salvia Viva could enliven the indulgence!
